We needed a permanent fix, drywell to ensure water drains away from our improperly graded back yard. Estimate was explained verbally and in writing. Communication prior, during and until project completion was achieved. Andrew even followed up after next rain storm to check in. We highly recommend. Excellent value. Professional service.

I am so so happy with the transformation AJ Land Construction brought to the front of my house! Andrew removed my old, overgrown lawn and old dilapidated concrete holders and expanded the gravel driveway, and then installed a gorgeous gray retaining wall, complete with beautiful nighttime lighting. The difference is truly night and day! In addition to the exceptional hardscaping work, AJ Land Construction also took the time to mulch and even provided insightful advice and future ideas based on my request. I was so impressed with Andrew's professional demeanor and punctuality throughout the entire process. Without a doubt, he has a returning customer for any future hardscaping needs and I would recommend their outstanding services to anyone!

We had a 2-tier retaining wall built in our yard to help with a sloped area, and it turned out great. The two levels make the space look more organized and give us flat areas for planting and walking. The walls seem strong and well-built. The team added drainage so water doesn’t build up behind the walls. Even after heavy rain, everything has stayed in place with no cracks or shifting. We’re very happy with how it looks and definitely recommend giving AJ land construction a call

Andrew graded my front yard to prep for sod. His price is fair, he keeps his word and is a consumate professional. He goes the extra mile to ensure things are done right. If anyone has gone out to get an estimate for these type of services, just getting someone to show up is half the battle, let alone coming in at a fair price and doing a good job. Andrew did what he said he would do, on time and on budget. He is the only person I would use moving forward for these types of jobs. If he provides the service, use him, you wont be dissapointed.

AJ did a great job in replacing an old overgrown brick walkway with a beautiful walkway of pavers. Andrew recommended the material and color and they are perfect to match the color scheme of my house and decks. He also installed a small area of sod and reconfigured a mulch bed using the bricks from the old walkway. Very importantly, he started and finished the job when he said he would. A very professional guy! If I decide to do more work he’s the first person I’ll call.

Andrew was amazing to work with. We have been trying to get our front yard under control for years now and finally decided to have the whole thing ripped up so we can start over. Andrew came by and was able to finish the job in one day and I now have beautiful grass after years of sadness. We then decided we were getting an inground pool and I am having Andrew come back out to dig the foundation for the inground pool in the spring! I am super excited and will provide updates and pictures!

I can't say enough good things about this crew of guys. We had a retaining wall that was failing in our back yard. They provided a free estimate within a day of calling and started our project within two weeks. They removed the old wall and installed a beautiful, natural boulder retaining wall which brought our backyard back to life.
